This is the third job they have done for me and as before their work is outstanding. The rep was extremely polite and professional and I cant stop looking at how beautiful my tub and bathroom walls came out. They are definitely my 1st choice for any surfacing needs
Scheduling the repair, and getting quotes took a bit longer than we initially expected (only reason why we did not give 5 stars). However, once the repairs were scheduled, follow-up calls and reminders were answered quickly. On the day of shower and tile resurfacing, the Technician showed up on time, had all the necessary equipment (PPE, paint, guns, ventilation, hosing, etc…), and was able to finish the job in a fraction of the time initially estimated. Technician was friendly and certainly a master at his craft, would highly recommend for this type of job and more. Overall, we had a positive experience with Surface Solutions. The pricing was fair and was a great alternative to other, more expensive, tub and tile changes that you could consider. Thank you!
