The appraisal was not planned but I had to have it done. Look up through the listing of companies and called 3. Left 2 messages for all but only one responded. He said to text him with my address and he would call to schedule an appointment. After 3 days, no response. I seek the help of a real estate agent who finally called Jesse Herbert. He responded promptly and scheduled an appointment within 2 days! He came on time, wore a mask and did the appraisal professionally. He asked if I have any questions during the process. He was very courteous, very knowledgeable and it makes me feel at ease throughout the appraisal. I will highly recommend Tideland Valuations for home appraisals especially Jesse! The cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes that I was given Thank you very much Jesse for taking this job off my list to do!
