Sushi does not follow menu, salmon is farm raised (lacks basically any health benefits compared to wild caught, you can tell by the coloration and extremely thick stripes of fat). The server is fantastic, kind, and helpful and the prices are good but the variance from the menu (on two separate occasions) was too much.

This place has the best sushi in the Summerville area/North Charleston area hands down. Whether you are trying to be thrifty or want to go all out, Tsunami has the thing for you! I think my wife and I spent 40, and my friend spent 120 on his family of four, but BOTH OF US WERE HIGHLY SATISFIED. It was my first time, and I will definitely be back.

The atmosphere of the place was pretty nice and everyone was friendly.. However, the food in my opinion was pretty average. I order dumplings, sushi, and noodles and it was okay. Nothing that I would rave over honestly. And the waitress billed us for 2 things that another table order :/ but other than that, the place was good. Definitely not the worst but definitely not the best.

What a great experience! Polite and curious employees. Considerate of wearing masks and distancing. I'm new in SC and I had originally ordered from a place across the street. I got there opened the door saw all the employees standing there not following any guidelines. I turned around bummed and called to cancel my order. How serendipitous because it lead me to Tsunami.
