The United States Postal Service location on Cross County Road in North Charleston is one of my favorite post offices in the area to go to when I need to mail something. The staff here is very friendly and efficient at keeping everything moving and helping you take care of everything that you need. I have had a really positive experience every time I have been here and know that they will be able to help me with what I need.

When the package is dropped off in this condition and the fact that the carrier doesn't even knock, it's impossible to refuse delivery. This is an every time occurrence. Tired of the poor service at the branch and by the couriers.

I’ve been here before they have great customer service I had no issues but when I try to apply for a job at this particular post office they were very discombobulated and I understood that because we had to do everything virtually and they continued to tell me that there was a link for a specific category but the link was not there and every time I brought that to their attention they kept on telling me that the link is there and it was not there i’ve clicked everything on the page and the link still wasn’t taking me to a different page I’ve checked all the emails and there was still nothing there . And that’s why I’m giving them one star and I know a few other people who had the situation as well

NEVER answer the phone and when i finally get through twice after calling 4 days straight, they would transfer me and it hangs up every time. The sorriest usps ive ever used. just sorry people and sorry service.

Please don't expect more than what the budget permits. Yes, lines are longer at times and postal workers are not business owners. If you want an experience, pay more at mailing shops. But overall I've always had a good experience at this location. They patiently explain, have additional services (did my passport renewal here) and always clean and friendly. One question I always have is what time they pick up the mail outside which is M-F 4, 7 and 8:30 all pm and Sat 5 and 6, also both pm. Posted a pic and if this helps, gimme !
