Worst ever. I came in at 12pm midday, to find that the food on the bar is cold. How could it be cold if it's fresh? The buffet just opened at 11am and the food on the buffet is cold. Obviously this is reheated from last night. Honestly I don't know when the food I ate today was actually prepared. I could quite possibly be eating food from days ago. Chicken has a kill date and I'm not sure when the last time anything there was freshly prepared. Completely unsatisfied with the hibachi which was the only thing I actually went for. My plate of uncooked food sat at room temperature for just under 15 minutes before someone asked the hibachi chef to finally prepare it. Unsafe practices will cause this place to be closed and it would be rightfully so. I mentioned my distaste for my experience and the waitress simply said it's not her fault. The food is cold, it's not my fault. The hibachi doesn't taste good, it's not my fault. She didn't bother to appease not make anything better. After paying and only eating a few bites of food, I left frustrated and hungry. I will never return. Ever. If they're the only place to eat... I'll choose the safe route and abstain. WORST EVER. UNSAFE. DO NOT EAT HERE. YOU MAY GET SICK.

Wow this restaurant is my absolute number one choice to eat at. Me and my wife have continued to return multiple weekends for about 5 months now. All of the staff are hard working and attentive to there customers. The restaurant is always quiet and peaceful, also the cleanliness is astounding. And the food is beyond anything I have eaten in a long time. Overall us and Asian is e very tranquil place to eat, I highly recommend them!

Never ever again!!!! Had one plate, which was ok had the ribs, they were good, the sesame chicken which was tough. Pork fried rice was delicious and cheese crab meat was also good. The options seemed limited however when I went to get my second plate I saw a huge BUG on the floor. Pointed it out To someone, who didn’t speak English and waived me off. But she did step on it. However after that I was disgusted and didn’t want to eat anymore. I approached what appears to be the payment area and explained my issue to someone else who didn’t speak or pretended not to speak English. She seemed confused so I went to leave because I was not paying 11.99 for 1 plate and a bug. This lady starts yelling at me to come back inside and threatening to call the cops. Once she realized I was not paying she then yelled don’t come back don’t return but In English....i had no intentions on going back regardless. For a restaurant that just REOPENED i expected better service and no bugs️️️️️️️

First time visitor review from out of town. My visit was around 1330 on a week day and I must admit, my experience was overall disappointing in comparison to the online pictures. "What food" they had out (emphasized what food), you could tell it had been out for a very long while. As mentioned in other reviews, they DO NOT practice all the Covid safety precautions like no gloves to get your food and not all the staff wears a mask. They have the signs posted though. They only had 18 pieces of sushi out and the avocado in them was so black, I would swear it was rotten. As far as my waiter, he was a joke! Granted, not many of us in there so if figured A service right!? WRONG!! SO VERY WRONG! He was completely focused on the phone call in his ear than the patrons. You'd be amazed what Google translate can pick up listening to other people's conversations!! As for me, only requested three things, Dr Pepper, Hot Sauce, and a spoon. It took some time, but he finally understood what hot sauce was, then didn't bring me a spoon. Asking again, he brings me an actual tea spoon.... Like the one with a 1ft handle.... It was a spoon I guess. As far as my Dr. Pepper, the first glass was OK, but I had to beg for a refill. Then he tells me their machine broke which by the looks of it, it just ran out of syrup. So as result, I would suspect he would at least offer me a glass of water to finish my meal. But NO, he just left me sitting there with nothing to drink continuing on his phone conversation! Finally after me having to make a scene to get his attention and then he bad mouths me to whom he was talking to in Chinese, the dude brings me a can of coke. 50/50 if I shall give this place another try.

This was the worst restaurant experience I may have ever had. The food was absolutely disgusting. I don’t think I’ve ever left a restaurant and have been able to say the food was actually bad but this was exceptionally terrible. We tried almost everything and not one thing was even decent. The food tasted like it was sitting under heat lamps for days. They were out of a lot of things. The girl at the register was rude. This was our Valentine’s Day dinner and I wish we stayed home. Shocked they are still in business.

Server asked me to look at the buffet to check if I was sure me and kids wanted to sit and eat upon coming back to the front to tell her yes my son went to look at the jello and started question why my kids keep looking over the food and to just tell her if we were going to stay or not.. That pretty much sealed the deal for me no ma'am I am not because your upset my kids are doing exactly what you requested of us and are now pitching a fit
