This store has outstanding prices and stock on hand. They could keep a few more registers open when they get busy. In these Covid times, the spacing makes the line go into the stock aisles and it's not comfortable. The staff is for the most part very hospitable and try to help.

The store associates are among the most incompetent group of people in the world. No one ever answers the phone and if they do they either transfer you to a department you're not looking for or they hang up in your face. I made an online order and they removed items from cart that I'm assuming they didn't want to shop for. When I tried to call the store, the first 2 times they didn't answer, then transferred me to another department who did answer but then hung up in my face. I've visited the store a couple of times and each experience was horrible. I'm African American and several people who work there are as well and they make us all look ignorant and incompetent. Please do not waste your money or time going to this location.

This is not the first major issue we've had at this store. Today I called earlier in the day to confirm when customer service would close because I had a return that needed to be done today. They told me 10PM, but when I arrived at 8:15 PM I was informed that customer service closed at 8PM. Then I went to buy some items that I had put in my cart for pickup, but hadn't actually checked out. The first three items on my list that the app said were in stock were nowhere to be found. Obviously this store doesn't want my money. Went to a different Walmart and found all but one of the items from my list.
