Terrible installation. Not only is this a trip hazard at a door, but unsightly to say the least. This is the professional installation for which I was billed 70. Customer service was no help. Gives a whole new meaning to minimal effort by hourly workers for a customer to receive mediochre services.

Moved during Covid. They put in a ticket to see if I would be able to transfer to the new location and it took over 8 weeks for them to tell me they couldn’t service the new location. Over 2 months...I finally canceled and they charged me an early termination fee, 180, since they didn’t service the new location. Ended up with att tv and internet. Much better speed and tv offerings at a much cheaper price.
