2/11/21 - An excellent breakfast for decent (not great) price. Friendly staff and a clean cafeteria. 11/3/20 - Pharmacy. Had no choice but to use the curb side pick-up. Just one prescription. Called at 3:08pm and gave my prescription. Was told 15/20 minutes. Called again at 4:07pm. By 4:30pm was finally leaving the property. Seriously, for one prescription? This was not the first time either. In fact, if this prescription order wouldn't have been an initial I'd be using Buckley. For the Record, Bridgette took my prescription order. Gil is the person who corrected the issue. Your Pharmacy has issues. Please, handle this!

You're asked to arrive 15 minutes early but you're seen 25-45 minutes after your appointment time, consistently. It's very frustrating because your time is not valued. I am a veteran but I pay for medical benefits because my experiences at Lovell have been horrible. I've had to press to find underlying causes of pain at Lovell. Side note,, Ibuprofen does not fix everything. I've had to wait 25 days for appointments. Can you believe that? One time I called and was told my Primary was on vacation. I asked to see another doctor and was told I could only see my Primary and would need to wait until she returned in a couple of weeks, or that I could go to ER. Great options for serving your country. I'm blessed to be able to pay for medical benefits at my company, though I shouldn't have to pay. It is worth it to see a doctor when you're sick and not feel like a burden to VA though I earned those benefits. The government and hospital administrators should really take better care of veterans and their dependents. They deserve that much.

We have always received high quality care from a very caring staff. Our only complaints are from some of the strange rules that make providing care a bigger challenge for the folks who are just trying their best to serve us. Next time you visit, make sure to smile and thank someone who is helping you. I don't think they get enough appreciation.
