The receptionist here is extremely rude. She will never let me speak with the kind hispanic receptionist. The rude receptionist should not be in the healthcare business if she can not treat people with respect and goes off on patients for following up on prescriptions that were never sent over to the pharmacy. We are dealing with people's health here! I'm sure it's against regulations in the healthcare system to deny patients their medication for diabetes and high blood pressure!

I'm here now at Lisa fields office in north Chicago let's just say I been a client with Lisa fields since her office on grand ave (across from Dunkin' Donuts many years ) ! she lost my family as clients due to her very rude (receptionist) she has no customer service skills - i been here since 8:30am for a walk-in appointment , mind you I called before I came the same ( receptionist ) told me to come in so my child can be seen right away it's going on 12:00pm just now being seen . I wasn't complaining until her rude receptionist couldn't answer any questions I asked properly without rolling her eyes , getting loud n very rude with it . This is not the first time her attitude is out rages her attitude is always like this when I come here most of the time . I work in the corporate America field this is definitely not acceptable, if I was rude with an attitude like that to any of my customers I'll already be out the door but each is on I'm sure this is not the first complaint about her very out rages rude receptionist . SHE make the whole doctor(s) office look bad just based off her greeting / attitude , then on top of that an attitude with a 3-4 hour wait just for son 2 be seen is ( Ridiculous ) !!!!! I wouldn't bring my sick dog to this office ( horrible) doctors office !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I talked with your On-site office manger which he was very nice other than THIS OFFICE IS A WRECK........ (MIRIAM IS THE Reception ) !!!!!!
