Nurses are helpful even the securities. But few receptionist were not at all helpful. When I had approached the counter they said they are busy talking to each other. Totally disappointed with this. Finally one lady heard my query and tried to solve it. Mediclaim staffs are not available all the time and it's almost more than impossible to get the bill. However nurses are helpful and they had prepared the summary report for me. I really had a bad experience with non medical staffs specially receptionist. Apart from that this hospital is good and doctors also take good care and diagnosis procedure is also smooth. Over all average experience

Medical super of this hospital whose name is Sayan Gupta is the worst doctor I have ever seen. Totally upset with his behaviour. Recommending everyone to not admit your patient here.

The hospital is nice and the staff are also cooperative for any assistance, my daughter goes through laproscopic surgery under the supervision of Dr j.k.saha, I recommend this hospital with minimal charges

Despite of having excellent doctors I'm sorry to say but please none come here because of their support staffs & OPD sisters are the worst. If you like to be in que to visit a doctor but they don't obey it. Their sisters take bribe other than consultation fees & registration & then only they will allow one to visit the doctor. If you want complaint against the responsible sister then the reception desk says "We don't know who's the sister?" I mean seriously!!! They don't know who's the sister attending there???!!!! What if she's a terrorist or an untrained nurse? Please behave properly. U r running on our money, u r supposed to serve us not to take the bribe & doing nepotism. Shame on you.
