The staff are kind, supportive, knowledgeable, and respectful. Dr. \C\ Ceravalo is AWESOME!!! I've been going there for over 7 years. I have had my regular eye care, a surgery for an infection, a laser procedure for glaucoma, and both cataracts removed and new lenses inserted by Dr. Ceravalo. I do not trust anyone else to take care of my sight.

Staff lied to me.dr.Ceravolo Do not keep all information to his computer.my friend did twice eye Surgery. But his not supposed to do that .now they said he did once.when I first singed up ,I was told I do not have to pay any money for check up so I had appointment after one year now they want me to pay . Then they said there was no agreement for free check.i do not Recommend this place they are very rude and lier .

Because of my job I deal with many O.D.'s in town and honestly, Columbus has quite a few great eye Doctors within it's City limits. However, Dr. Ceravolo (North Columbus eye center) is in my opinion, at the very top of that list. His staff is very friendly and professional, but more importantly, He is too. Dr. C is extremely thorough, and takes his time to ensure that each and every patient will get what they need, to allow the absolute best vision results. For myself Personally, or for my own family; when a situation comes up that requires the attention of an Ophthalmologist, Dr C. is My first choice and my first recommendation to others. Hands down.

The front desk staff acts as if they're doing you a favor by greeting/helping you. The doctor's bedside manner was awful; he was very rushed and seemed to get annoyed when I asked questions.

I'd like to highly recommend North Columbus Eye Center/ Auburn Optical Lasik & Eye to anyone considering lasik. Dr. Ceravolo, Katie Cummings, and staff are very knowledgeable and will take good care of you. I was a bit nervous at first; but, Dr. C and Katie was happy to address all of my lasik concerns. I went into surgery with 20/50 vision and astigmatism in both eyes, and I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes. As a bonus, I'm able to read small print on printed material and my computer screen without the need for reading glasses. Thank you very much, Dr. C and staff!
