I have to brag on these guys. 1) We had our whole system replaced with North East. Great price and very happy with the install process. 2) 6 months in, we had the snow storm of the century and our new header was not performing correctly. We called them up, and, even with the whole city covered in snow, they happened to have a tech that lives nearby! He came over and was able to fix the issue right away and we were able to sleep warm again! Very competitive pricing and great people. This company is a rare find of quality.

On install day, Gabe and his crew showed up on time, finished when they said they would, kept me informed on what they were doing, and were very respectful of my home during the job and cleaned up every bit after they were finished. My system in working great and I’m super happy with my product and customer service.

I called North East Air Conditioning for the first time because my heater had a faint natural gas smell. They scheduled me for same day service and they were at my home within a couple of hours. They cleaned the furnace for winter and replaced a capacitor that was going bad, but they could not locate the gas leak (at that point, neither could I.) Within minutes, the gas smell came back. I called their office and instead of getting the usual run around of making another appointment, they dispatched the techs to come back to my home. They were back within 5 minutes. They were able to detect the gas this time, they replaced the flex line and brought the hard lines up to code and the gas smell is gone. Rick and Greg were great, they were very friendly and made me feel like a priority rather than just another job. They weren't trying to upsell me and the fact that they came back meant the world to me. Not only that, but the price was reasonable for all of the work they did. You guys have earned a loyal customer. Thank you!

I've been using North East Plumbing for at least 10 years. They've helped repair the pipes in our bathroom, install a water line for our refrigerator and about 4 years ago, they replaced our AC/heating unit. Being that we are in South Texas, we absolutely need our AC. On two occasions, North East Plumbing sent to my home fantastic and helpful techs. They are helpful, honest and answer any questions that I may have. They go the extra mile to make sure all my needs are met! I will continue to not only use their services but also recommend them to everyone I know that's in my area!!
