If No Stars would be an option, I would chose Zero Stars. North East Underlayments Branch in Warrenburg NY came to my house, the Reiss House Bed & Breakfast, in March 2019 to foam insulate the crawlspace in the basement from freezing. The crawlspace is unfinished, only a few feet tall, and can be accessed from a single staircase to the basement. Prior to blowing the foam with the compressors onto the walls, the contractors did not seal and ventilate the area correctly (which was basically the small entrance to the crawlspace, and one door to the basement, which could have easily sealed off with plastic and duct tape- see pictures), and dust entered the entire first floor living space, making it temporarily unihabitable (see pictures). We had to hire a cleaning service which spent 10 hours cleaning our old and valuable furniture until our place was representable again. I gave the Warrensburg Office a call, and kindly ask them to subtract the cleaning fee of 300.-- from their 1500 invoice, and emailed them the pictures. However, they did not agree to substract the fees, and sent me monthly reminders, and most recently, put a lien on my property to pay 300.-- ! At this point, I have involved an attorney to address the situation. As a business owner myself, it is just unbelievable how they handled this situation, and I hope it gets resolved soon. I would certainly not recommend to use this company because of this reason. I can not comment on the quality of the actual work.

NEU was used by my contract to spray foam my house. The crew was neat and orderly and the owner personally came several times to make sure I was satisfied. My house is unbelievably warm and cozy. It was definitely worth the investment.
Northeast Underlayment's installed Wolfgangs foam in his crawl space, his door was closed. When the installers accessed his crawlspace, They installed the foam per direction. Wolfgang's furnace duct work in his crawlspace was not sealed and unfortunately the dust raised (as work was completed in his dirt floor crawlspace) was sucked up by his furnace and distributed through his house.
