This summer I made the decision to finally renovate my kitchen. After doing my research on various cabinet companies, I came across Countertops & More and decided to pay them a visit. To make a long story short...I am in LOVE! My kitchen is exactly what I envisioned. Troy was professional, patient and informative. He spent a great deal of time helping me to design the kitchen of my dreams. While no major renovation goes without a hitch, He was helpful, flexible and responsive. He was open to a collaborative design and helped us to create an innovative, eye catching kitchen. Thank you

This company appeared to be very disorganized which lead to a frustrating experience. Our phone calls and emails were constantly shuffled between employees where the messages would get confused. We had a very difficult time getting decision makers on the phone to discuss our issues. Their work did not meet our expectations. Our finished countertop has a number of chips and cracks. When we expressed our displeasure they told us cracks and chips were normal and could not be avoided due to the type of stone. We asked for a refund and ended up settling for a small monetary concession (\u003c10%) - but in the end, after months of back and forth, we're left with what we feel is a very poor outcome. The pictures below of our countertops speak for themselves. Potential customers should be aware that their contract gives them the right to post reviews online on your behalf if you pay the full invoice. Overall, a very frustrating experience with a poor outcome.

Installers did a great job with little/no mess, very grateful for doing a good job on my outdoor kitchen!
