Just a shout out to this particular store. Hubby and I are loyal customers and buy all our horse feed and bedding every 2 weeks. We want to thank Ms Doris who was our store manager today. This woman has assisted us COUNTLESS times at this store from ordering horse pellets for us to getting a specific product from another TS store when this store was out of stock. She is an amazing sales associate and KNOWS her products. Always professional and gets the job done. She's an asset to TS. THANKS Doris for always being there for us. Diane C.

Great experience working with the team at this Tractor Supply store in N. Fort Myers. We had a last minute plan to purchase a Coleman KT 196 Go Kart for our son's birthday. We knew assembly would take us sometime, but Chris worked quickly to help us with the purchase and John expedited the assembly so that we had it ready to go by the next morning. Thank you guys for the 5 star customer service!

Fun store even if you don’t need anything. I found customer service, prices, selection, all excellent. I saw other people complain about customer service but have never found problems. Even saw a 120 female worker load up six 60lb. bags of feed in the store for a six foot 2 huge dude who thought lifting a bag was beneath him.

I like going to Tractor Supply because it's a smaller store and I like the selection of merchandise they offer. However, the customer service from the employees is the worst! I needed help finding three different items. The first employee seemed annoyed that I asked for help but she took me to the closest item and the told me the rest is outside and that I could find it myself. I did find what I needed and confirmed the price, but no one was available to assist me with getting the items from the yard to my truck, so I took them to the cashier. At checkout, the cashier was uncertain of what item to ring up and I told her what it was and how much it was. Another employee named Brad insisted it was a different and more expensive item. When I told him it wasn't he told me to go to the yard. Outside I showed him the bin and the price of the item. Brad walked away from me and inside said to the cashier \just give it to him\ and then stormed off. I paid for the items, and still not one person offered to assist me with getting my things to my truck. I'm incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service from the employees but even more so, their horrible attitude and behavior toward customers. In the parking lot another customer said to me that it's always like that, you just get used to it. Seriously? Not so sure I'll be going back anytime soon.
