Plenty of trails from easy to difficult. Some trails are well marked, others not so much. Areas include- swamp, conifer, deciduous and some beautiful mountain laurel areas. The waterfalls are seasonal. They probably won't be running during a drought.

Great hike in the winter. Nice trails ranging from more the challenging Blue or Orange Trail, to the mild but drop gorgeous White River Ridge Trail.

Really pretty area. Was the only one hiking and it was so peaceful.

Easy trails with so many distance options. This place has several charming trails. One trail follows the river bank. Another trail is decorated with fairy houses. There are also a couple of more challenging trails to view a nice waterfall.

Really pretty walking trails, but... Wear safety orange because there are hunter blinds all over and shells on the ground because they don’t clean up after themselves. Also, even though motorized vehicles aren’t permitted, have seen dirt bikes and ATVs racing around on narrow wooded paths and making tons of loud noise. Dogs are permitted ON LEASH only—this means YOU! Ideally, Sprague should have someone randomly monitoring this area; it’s getting out of control out there.
