I hate when my parcels get taken back here, the place always seems so unorganised and I’m never greeted or spoken to nicely. A little friendly hello and a smile or thank you goes a long way these days

Don't answer the phone or wait at the door to deliver, probably the worst LPO I've ever seen/been to - Currently in process with Australia Post after sending in pictures and information regarding how customers parcels are kept in the open and gross negligence. Steer clear of this location if you can!

It is ridiculous to have opening hours of 0830-1700 only Monday to Friday. Anyone that works can never pick up their packages!!
