Wow is all I can say! I was there today with my 4.5 week old baby to have her tongue & lip ties released. Every single person working there is an asset to this business. Everyone was friendly, supportive and kind. Eve was so knowledgeable and friendly and Dr Tim was incredible. I have been elsewhere in the past for the same procedure with my eldest children, and I only wish I knew about ikids back then. The cherry on top is that Dr Tim puts himself on call afterwards for the babies, just in case anything goes wrong. I've never heard of a dentist doing that before, and my previous dentist certainly didn't! Highly recommend!

My daughter had waterlase to her tongue tie with ikids. She went from being almost completely bottle fed to 100% breast fed. We were very happy with the Eve, the lactation consultant and the procedure itself. They were very quick to get back to us out of working hours when we had a query after the procedure.
Can't thank Dr Tim and his team (especially IBCLC, Jacqui) enough! My daughter and I had struggled through breastfeeding and a posterior tongue tie for 3 months. Jacqui performed a thorough oral assessment, listened to our concerns and recommended laser. Dr Tim explained every part of the procedure and answered all our questions. Following the laser (total of about 5 minutes) my daughter was able to breastfeed amazingly! No more pain or injury to me! Yippee!! Great follow up care and service. Recommend to anyone struggling through breastfeeding and tongue tie issues!
Tim is a great dentist and he treated my son very well but his staff or the receptionist is not professional! Very rude and arrogant! They cancelled us 1 hour before our appointment. We are on our way to the clinic. We took a day off from our work and cancelled work appointments. The reason for the cancellation, they haven't seen my son for a year and other bs reasons just to bumped us to a later appointment. My son is in pain and needs to be seen as soon as it is possible. The receptionist lacked empathy and treats us as if we are just a number. We can easily understand if things like that happens, but the manner they talked to us about it, is so rude and arrogant as if they are the only Pediatric dental clinic in the country! The receptionist is like telling us that because they haven't seen us for while, we go at the end of the queue and by the way, will spend more Again, Tim is a great dentist. But the receptionist is really rude, arrogant and unprofessional.
Can not recommend enough. Our son had his frenectomy at 3 weeks old and the change in his feeding is unbelievable. Tim and his team made us feel so comfortable and treated Fergus with so much respect and care. Eve is incredible as well, offering another facet of care for new mums. Thank you so much. Without private cover, iKids is worth every cent!

Tim is a great dentist, he was great with my son and very caring. The staff and nurses were wonderful also, highly recommend I kids dental! Wonderful job, my son came out of surgery with no pain!
