Sadly I have to say my experience was not a great one... Please note I have worked in the skincare industry for more than 15 years.. But made a decision to have some injections to rejuvenate my face.. The male nurse hit my facial bone 3 times.. I have been left with a permanent mark on the surface as well. Went back to see the management or Owner and was met by the owner only to be told the nurse had left and that the injections I Recieved had worked and basically dismissed me.. My skin hadn't changed at all from the injections Recieved from there.. As I ended up seeking alternate treatment else where.

I was incredibly disappointed to learn that my dear friend who went to have a sunspot treated and removed recently returned with a decent size ‘burn’ on her décolletage. By all accounts and from the photos your business has been dismissive and remiss in her treatment. You are now threatening a restraining order when she chooses to alert other people to this poor service. Any person whose treatment has gone awry deserves to be cared for properly going forward or at the very least referred to a service to remedy the problem, not to be ignored or belittled.

Coming from overseas I was skeptical about seeing a doctor in a foreign country for my wisdom teeth removal. I was very impressed with the quality of care that Doctor Kate has shown me, before and after the surgery. I end up seeing Dr Kate 2 more timesafter the operation, and even without an appointment, she was able to fit me in. I highly recommend her for any wisdom teeth related matter.

This business if it can be classified as one has treated a very good friend in the most disrespectful manner. She has a tiny sun spot removed and they burnt a huge hole in her chest . They have not offered any compensation and they are now trying to keep her and her multiple supporters quiet by THREATENING her with a restraining order if she writes another review .... the reviews are TRUE . She is a kind a giving person and the damage this business has caused and complete lack of care is beyond belief ... particularly after everything she has already been through. .... and NO I have not been "deliberately ill informed " so don't bother pulling that card as you did with Katie. Miranda has a lot of support and people that know who she is and what she stands for ....I have seen all of the reviews, the unjury which was horrendous and also all of the correspondence ... compensation SHOULD have been offered .
