I was really impressed with Cap World staff and services. We recently purchased a Leer cab-high cap for our truck and had it installed at the North Hampton location. I was able to order the cap quickly and easily through email with a sales rep, the cap was delivered on schedule, and they installed it the very next day. It was done in an hour and we couldn't be happier with the look and quality of our new cap. Thank you!

Was in the market to buy a dump trailer. Found out that Cap World was a dealer and gave them a call. Dealt with Jeff, Roger and Yani who were all excellent. Very upfront, honest and excellent customer service. Roger went above and beyond during delivery to go over EVERYTHING - even staying late to make sure I understood everything about the Sure Trac dump trailer. This is the place I'm going for my trailers, tonneau covers and truck accessories from now on!

Was looking for trailer hitch installation, I was having a hell of a time even finding one - due to Covid. The gentleman helping me made a number of calls to supply warehouses and then to the trailer hitch manufacturer - only to find there were none - The extra effort and their inside contacts to manufacturers showed me that this was a professional outfit. I'd feel comfortable trusting them with my business.

Quote for tow package, also asked for 7 pin electrical plug installation. “ approx 350” for everything I was told. “should be in by the end of the week” I was told. Didn’t receive a call so I waited a few days, Wednesday of the following week I called them. Asked if the tow package for my pick up was in.. “let me look it up.. yes it’s here” what about the plug? I asked! ... don’t have that here but I can install the tow package. Once installed I was told I was all set, credit card I asked, “all set-325already paid” I explained “you looked over my truck for tow and plug and quoted 350.00, now you can’t recall.. you want another 200 for the plug”? !! “Why would I do business with you again” I told him! Either a scam, or incompetent, either way not worth doing business here.

Crew at Cap World in North Hampton were friendly and quick. I waited while my ARE cap was installed and it only took about an hour to do the install. I had installed a flush mount (Z Dog) toolbox, which interfered with the clamps. The guys at Cap World managed to use some different clamps where the toolbox was in the way - many thanks to them for that!! I really didn’t want to have to drill holes in my new truck and cap. I only gave 4 stars, because When I got home, I noticed that the cap wasn’t quite centered. If there was a way to push that up to 4.8 stars - I would! Since it was an hour and a half drive, I loosened up the clamps and managed to move the cap and center it myself. Overall - another good experience at Cap World. It’ s the 6th cap that I’ve bought from Cap World over the last 35 - 40 years , so I’m obviously happy with them!
