I give 2 stars - but note that this does not relate to the staff who attend to the residents, my grandmother always said they are kind and helpful, so they would get 5 stars. It's a lovely environment. However, the 2 stars is for the sales side - my grandmother paid 85,000 for her room. She was there for only 5 years, if that, when her room at AVEO had to be sold due to moving to full time care nursing home - AVEO gave her back not even 14,000! A fine example of taking advantage of the elderly. Shop around as that payback price is utterly absurd.
