Rob responded very positively to an urgent request to inspect our new home at handover. He swiftly produced a comprehensive report with many photos for us to present to the builders. The builders didn't take responsibility for a number of things but at least we knew the problems to fix for ourselves. Rob found some things we never would have known about by flying drones over the roof. He is a very nice guy and will do everything he can to make you a happy customer even after the job is done. I am very happy to be able to recommend him highly.
Rob responded to a request for an urgent building inspection in a very positive manner. The inspection was completed & a comprehensive report given within 30 hours of my request. Feedback was clear & multiple photos enabled us to clearly see the points made. Recommended.
What I value is a professional who is accountable. Rob was available at short notice, easy to deal with, honest and transparent. I called him around four weeks post inspection to discuss with him something he missed during the inspection and to also apologise that we had forgotten to pay his invoice for service. He was friendly, open minded and accountable. I had called a plumber out to fix something that could have been avoided. Still Rob kindly thanked us for the call and advised that based on my inconvenience he doesn’t expect to receive payment for it due to our plumber cost. I know that sometimes “s#%! happens but honestly I would not use anyone else after this pleasant experience. Merry Christmas Rob. Thank you
Very easy to deal with , was prompt and organised straight away a time to access the property. Excellent and very thorough Building inspection report. Gave me the piece of mind that I wasn’t buying a dud property and listed all the issues that I would have never noticed that would need repairing. Highly recommend rob .
Rob did an inspection for me at extremely short notice. He moved his schedule around just to fit me in. Rob was friendly and super professional. He did a great job and was more than happy to talk through everything and the report was of great quality. High recommend!
I have used One Stop Inspections on a few occasions and found them to be very thorough and honest with their house inspections. They are very professional, work within your time frame and give a very detailed report of their findings which includes photographic evidence. Highly recommended.
