We stayed on a powered site at Reflections at North Haven. The amenities were nice and very clean, the hydro bath with a ramp for older dog was great and there was even a dedicated washing machine for doggy towels and blankets! The sites are large and the whole park had a relaxed vibe and did I mention the lady at reception was so friendly and helpful! There was an onsite van that sold coffee and snacks and a really cool outdoor bar near the recreation/kitchen area. The dog friendly beach was a short walk from the park and the whole area of North Haven is beautiful. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks for a really nice relaxing week Reflections North Haven!

Very bad experience. I wish google had the option of zero star rating. The staff never responds the phone calls and you have to leave voicemail and expects call back. Anyways, the main issue is that they have cancelled our easter camping booking (reason: site is damaged due to heavy rain and flood). I spoke to Peggy and We accepted this situation and advised her to process the refund and she agreed. However, only partial refund was processed and no explanation has been given. They are too late for any explanation now. If they have a policy for partial refund, it should have been mentioned in terms and conditions. Secondly, this cancellation is not initiated by customer then why should customer bear the loss. Very bad management! I will not recommend

Absolutely wonderful! Clean & modern amenities, very friendly people (both management & other guests), so peaceful as well. The little food truck on site is a fantastic idea as well and they make such good food!

This is a great park with mostly double slabs, the amenities are always spotless as well as the grounds, staff are very polite and friendly. The only problem that we had was three caravans from Taree who were behind us and they decided that they were the only ones in the park, they yelled and laughed all day and late at night until midnight both Friday and Saturday night, very inconsiderate people, we really should have reported them to the Manager, three other guests also complained about them. We will definitely be back as it is a great park and great location.
