Great experience. Friendly professional staff! Received the latest technology. I am hearing things I have never heard before. Most importantly, I can hear my wife! Thank you! Update: Three months after purchase (Feb 2021): I am still VERY happy with my hearing aids. They are the first thing I reach for them when I wake up - even before my glasses! Also, a big shout out to this groups front desk staff (Charmaine is mostly who I speak with). On the few times I have had questions or needed more batteries, etc..., she is prompt to answer, friendly, knowledgeable and proficient! Thumbs up all around!

I am posting about Dr. Zahn and the absolutely amazing service I have received by her and her staff. When I first started my cochlear implant journey she was very objective and supportive without trying to steer me in one direction or another. After my implantation at a different practice she was willing to coordinate with them to help continue my care. Even during these trying times she has been willing to work with me to make my CI use easier by agreeing to meet me at curbside so I could get new magnets. This was despite the clinic being on very reduced operations. I truly feel I have a partner on my journey with my CI. The importance of this cannot be understated as this has helped me become very successful in using my device and made a very positive impact on my life and my family. I cannot recommend her and her practice enough for anyone who is considering a CI or needing audiologist services.
