I made an appointment to see Dr. Ramin Soroush at this location, after waiting 1:45 minute's in waiting room the attendance put me in a exam for 15 minutes waiting for the doctor to come than some nurse shows up asking me which doctor do you want to see there are two different doctors I tell him Dr Ramin Soroush, she said he is not here but you can see one of his partners which one do you want I said I don't know who is who all I know is Dr Ramin, I waited 15 more minutes and still nobody showed up after 2 hours 15 minutes I decided to walk out. They bring the covet 19 excuse. I've seen other doctors during covet 19 problems they all have perfect scheduling maximum 10-15 minutes after your appointment is set you see the doctor. This doctors are all about money apparently they don't care about patient at this location.

Dr. Soroush Ramin is a brilliant urologist and surgeon. He came highly recommended by my friends and relatives who are doctors. I am now 2 months post-op, I feel great, and I no longer take life-long medications. Dr. Ramin took his time with me during every visit to go over things and fully explain them to me. He is not like other doctors who have one foot in the exam room and one foot out of the exam room rushing to go see their other patients. Dr. Ramin’s staff are very courteous, professional, and gave me the best treatment & service. Wait times are the same as other doctor offices. If you need a urologist, do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Ramin. You won’t be sorry!

You're gonna wait an hour in the waiting room. Then they'll take you to the actual waiting room, where you will wait another hour and half. Then, you'll be moved to doctors office and wait for another thirty to forty minutes. They also have an unhealthy obsession with air conditioning. All of their rooms are at comfortable bellow zero temperature. It's a nice place if you wanna know how it feels to be a frozen meet left in the refrigerator overnight.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ramin now for over 5 years. He performed my prostatectomy Jan of 2015 and I am very near my 5-yr survival rate for prostate cancer. During the early months working up to a prognosis and plan of remediation, he was always willing to discuss options and let me, the patient, help in making the final decisions. His ‘bedside’ manners are always in a caring and pleasant manner showing interest in his patient’s understanding of the options available. He understood my concern about taking small steps and avoiding steps that we could not back up from to then take an alternative approach as necessary. He is very proficient with many 1000’s of robotic radical prostatectomies and operates out of Cedar Sinai Hospital, a very fine care center in the LA basin. As mentioned by other review comments dealing with wait times, that seems to be an issue with many doctor’s nowadays so I would not discount him for that reason. His thoroughness, experience, upbeat personality should outweigh any time concerns.

Dr. Ramin wasn't available each appointment.... had to have other no knowledge doctors that only knew basic urology and were being rushed quick through appointment ...My experience at this clinic for urology was so disappointing and frustrating. ...No help at all..rough.ridiculous unforgettable
