Our X-Trail was playing up on a road trip, so we stopped in to North Jacklin Nissan to get it checked out. They were flat out, but still made time to check our car over thoroughly and make sure it was safe to continue travelling to Brisbane. Everyone was courteous and the mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable and put our minds at ease. We really appreciate what they did for us this morning!!!

I’m really happy with Nissan Mackay’s team from sales right through to Service . Everyone seems so happy at work and smiles . Ur always welcomed and greeted . We only own Nissan’s simply cause of the family friendly reception . You do feel like ur part of a family not a big business. I have purchased 4 brandnew cars from this team and we will be back in the next year or so for our last Nissan hopefully I said that when we purchased the xtrail and we were back in to purchase the parthfinder. Over the last 12 years I do not have one bad word to say . We r one happy customer. Keep up the amazing work .

Fantastic reception upon arrival. Time was made available for questions and clarification. We were given a lift by the workshop's driver to town, which was much appreciated. Contact was made to ask about certain repairs while we were out. After we got a message that our vehicle was ready for pickup and we were picked up again by the driver. At reception we got an explanation about work done. Overall we had a fantastic experience with great customer service.
