Can't get over store that sells carpeting will noy give estimate.repeated requests and phone calls ignored ???.original don boothe store now new owner .finally got return call . Very evasive anwser s. Ask how many square feet they quoted .said they paid for the measurements so could not provide the info????,price was per squre foot .?,stay far away.ill buy carpet from someone who will give a detailed est

Their staff is friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to answer all of our questions and make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Great communication. They came ON TIME and worked respectfully and diligently. I always dread having contractors in my home, but I would not hesitate to hire Don Booth again. They are EXCELLENT. My home looks like a new house now. Love our new carpet!

I will never purchase carpeting from any other company as long as Don Booth is in business. My entire house has been carpeted by Don Booth. One time I went with another company 20 years ago and it was a disaster. It did not wear well and they pieced it together terribly eventually causing holes to form. My mom also has Don Booth carpet and after 15 years it started to ripple just a bit. She called, they came out, restretched it and never charged her a dime. They stand behind their product and their service.

Selection is excellent and installation service is stellar. Prices are the same and sometimes cheaper than Lowes and Home Depot and they include everything. Installers are much more professional and skilled. They've done my whole house, my parents house and all my Aunts houses. Never had any issues.
