Bad news is... I had a nail in my tire which caused a flat. Good news - Discount Tire Store. Julian, during my initial service discussion and checkout, provided excellent customer service and provided me with reasonable choices with my budget. Martin, my service tech, was friendly, professional and efficient. I made an appointment easily online and did not wait long for service to be completed. Thank you.
Simple tire rotation would take more than 4 hours wait, got it done only block away asap and the cost were much cheaper!!
Make an appointment a day ahead and next thing you know, your in and out with no problem, plus they would give you the best deals first before any other purchases.
Courteous, knowledgeable employees, fair prices and a comfortable climate while you wait. Large panel windows in the waiting area allows you to see your vehicle being worked, and water and coffee is available while you wait.
