Look for another Solar Company. This one is an absolute joke. I signed up mid August 2020 on what was to be a six week job time frame. I was able to turn on my system Jan. 29, 2021. During the process I never once received any communication from my Project Coordinator, Gordon Cochran. After proving himself useless and me complaining I received Ivan as my Project Coordinator, who did not follow up or assist in the process either. I was left to coordinate with my local city inspectors, until Jose and Sierra stepped in for the final inspection and getting that handled. With that said, the crew that did the install was the highlight of the whole experience. They were great. After giving time for all to cycle through I had an issue to discuss with customer service. I spoke with Nate. He sounded eager to assist but needed to research some things and call me back. Still waiting for that callback. Its been eight days. Save your sanity and time. Go with another company. UPDATE...finally spoke with Nate, after having to make two more calls to get him to call back. I am paying more now than I did before having solar installed. I am now being told it could take up to 6 to 8 months for energy to build before I see reduction in bill...WTH? What a joke of a company!

Everyone at Empire Solar has been great so far. Redford was our salesman who came to the house and explained the benefits and process of installation. Geo and Chelsey were our project coordinators and kept the process going in the right direction. Ana was very helpful when it was finally time to schedule the installation. If you want to go solar I would recommend Empire Solar.
Excellent experience. Crew arrived exactly on time, was courteous and professional, and did a fast, quality job. I did have one complaint, which was that initially the wrong panels showed up on the truck, but as soon as I told them they had another truck out here inside of 40 minutes with the right ones. Minor blip and handled perfectly. I would happily recommend Empire to friends.
Got a call yesterday saying a crew was available the next day. They showed up at 8:00 am and finished at 11:15. Everything neatly done.
We were given a window of time of when to expect the Empire Solar installation team to come and install our Solar panels. Given my experience with other companies and how they almost never show up until the window of time is closing, I was extremely surprised and happy when Empire Solar's installation team came at the very beginning of their time window and were done a few hours later. They were prompt, efficient, careful, and very nice. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to go solar.
I enjoy having solar panels and hopefully they will actually be up and running soon (it's been almost 7 months since they were installed and they've been turned on for four and they're just now starting to lower my bill I think? Haven't gotten this months bill yet...). And the tax credit was nice. When they were being installed, their contractors would literally just show up at random times or call at 6 am (if you are lucky you'll get a call the night before). They would need access to our gate, so it was extremely annoying that they would just show up. The whole installation process was extremely frustrating because we both have busy work schedules and there was no coordination with us. They just showed up. And twice they didn't couldn't get into our gate so they left, which made the installation process several weeks longer than needed, which means I was paying both the solar panel bill and the electric bill at the same time.
Crew was on time and performed the installation quickly, but with quality. Each worker asked me if I was happy with the job and quickly addressed areas of concern (paint touch up). Progress photos were taken as supporting documentation of their quality install. All parts, materials and methods of attachment to the roof were explained upon asking. Very satisfied with install quality. The crew took pride in their work and were friendly and focused on customer satisfaction.
