Fed ex deserves a zero star. I paid for over night delivery. The driver failed to deliver the package due to gated community. The gate was not closed. Further the walk through gate is never closed or locked. Fed ex failed on all levels. I called Fed ex at which time they said that they would deliver the package before 5pm. They failed again to do so. The package still has not been delivered. We are going to attend a funeral with NO obituary because of Fed ex failure to deliver them. This is horrible experience. They have not attempted to reimburse me. This is a nightmare. Do not believe them. Especially when time is of the essance.

My package came to this location and never made it to me. The driver said that it was delivered but there was nothing outside. It couldn’t have been stolen because I checked seconds after the delivery was posted. It was a whole jar of weed outside it would have been taken too. This whole thing is crazy to me this package has been out for delivery for 3days makes me think they never had it to begin with. I just want my money back. I refuse to pay for air

Only 2 of us in line, one female (blonde hair) worker at the desk who was so slow typing on the computer maybe because her nails were so long. Other female worker (Char) was right beside her working on another package with no customer and was rude to a customer who just asked for fedex boxes! I heard her name because the customer had asked for her name after being spoken to rudely!

My package was suppose to be shipped from this location on May 23 . So i called to go pickup 0n May 21 and when i went to the Fed Ex this was in the morning, it already have been shipped so i waited a couple off hr's and nothing. I went back to the FedEx location and the next girl that i talked to she wasn't so friendly this was around 2:40pm. She told me that i was probably going to receive it until May 23 because the system was slow but probably i would get it today at 8:00pm so i tolder here that all wait till 8. It looks like they shipped at 3:00pm. But in an Amazon box!! And the box was all crumbled up and they even open the box with the product inside and made a mess. All because i requested to go pickup my self. \u200d️

I need to leave a review of FedEx generally. I would NEVER choose to ship with them. Naturally when you order from online retailers, some use FedEx and it can't be avoided. I love how twice now recently FedEx shows something out for delivery then, they don't deliver it that day and their tracking simply shows "pending." That's cool guys, grant yourselves all the time you want! Their service is just a total zero in my book and I hate when I get anything sent to me with FedEx.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Only one person in line ahead of me and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what was taking sooooooo long. Good grief! They lose a star for the looooooong wait.

They really attempted to make a delivery. Someone in my household was out front during the timeframe they said they tried to deliver my package. Never saw a fedex truck come by at all. And they said they tried delivering. Full on lying.
