I met Ricky Glaubitz at KW Sales Co. over a year ago and as a small fleet owner kept \shopping.\ In the end I dealt with Ricky due to his sales etiquette, professionalism, and patience. This W990 is the third truck in my fleet and in the first week of owning it- I will be working with Ricky in the future to replace my other trucks to match this spec.

Being an out of town I figured I was going to get all the extra charges. Wow was I wrong, This shop is great, Good mechanics that do it right the first time. Matter of fact I have never ever got a repair come in under an estimate, and have it done when they said it would be. Very nice people. If I am in need of service again for my truck, I will not hesitate to go here. I cannot find anything that I could say bad about there service.
First time owner operator here. I've never driven, or have been inside a Kenworth before, I've always heard about how good the quality is, went on line saw a used truck I wanted to see called the number and spoke with Rick Glaubitz made an appointment he spent an hour answering all my questions ( which for me was like trying to take a drink of water out of a fire hydrant) totally felt comfortable the whole time, Rick let me come down a few more times he answered all my questions and has been seeing this whole thing through from helping with the Registration to walking around showing me where the fuse box is and ect. I definitely would come back and purchase another truck, and just one more thing I know Rick does million dollar deals and I definitely didn't spend nearly that much (55k)you wouldn't be able to tell the difference with this guy he's got you covered, 100%.
