It doesn't matter the time of day, there is never anyone at the paint desk. Customer service has to call at least twice each visit to get someone to mix paint. Double check your order carefully. I ordered five gallons of the same color in satin. Got the paint home and the first gallon opened was still the base--it had not been tinted. Painted up my walls with the remaining four, and once it dried I noticed one and a half walls were dull compared with everything else. Looked at the paint cans a little closer, and one gallon was mixed as eggshell. Consider going to Home Depot up the road for paint, or at least another Lowe's.

Stopped by this Lowe's Home Improvement store recently looking for some new tools. I couldn't decide between Craftsman and Kobalt. I use to be a big Craftsman fan but then when Sears spun off the brand, quality significantly decreased. I think I'm going to go the Kobalt route. My biggest complaint with this Lowe's is the location and the surrounding area. This Lowe's is in the ghetto of Las Vegas. I don't like this area.

3/5/21, I like to thank the manager Antonio for his excellent customer service skills, he took time to understand what happened to me, and handle the problems quick, he should always be the one to come out to help. Plus Sergio. Thank you too. Antonio gets a 200%. 3/4/2021 Sad with Loews today. Broke my heart. 3/5/21 Really cant understand why, I did the right thing in ordering on time ahead, I called was told by a girl its, ready I paid for a ride to pickup, I came and it was never put together. I did my job why couldn't someone call and say it's not ready, plus I have to wait a day because your truck are stolen, and being I am 7 minutes away from this location, plus I had to pay 20.00 on delivery. and waited 45 minutes to even get the answer its was never built. was told by Josue he would put a earlier drop off, why my appointment is between 2:30 to 6:30 not a care in the world, I guess I feel not a valued customer.

I just met a young man in the lumber department named Kenneth he looked to be about 20 maybe 25 years old. What an exceptional and polite young man. He was so concerned to make sure that I received the correct concrete and that my bags were not ripped. He offered to carry them to the car for me because he asked who was helping me get them in my car? I am definitely not a weakling and I think he wanted to be helpful and make sure I was okay. I offered to purchase him a beverage and he said he was fine and thank me. I gave him a couple bucks for a tip and he couldn't have been kinder and more appreciative. I hope it's gets back to his superiors. At a time when our world sees everybody snapping and everybody else. It was a pleasure to spend 5 minutes with Kenneth.

Selection was nice and product was available. Unfortunately, there was no one around to assist us with our refrigerator purchase. We pressed the customer service button but nothing happened.ten minutes later after we browsed the appliances a bit, I finally found someone sitting at a desk buried deep in the kitchen displays. She helped us.
