Brakes are shaking, asked for an oil change and to check/fix them. Dropped off at 3, said they'd call, didn't- instead sent a \vehicle service report\ saying my shocks were fine. Even in my appointment I set online it said brakes....not shocks. Sat in the waiting room for over 15 mins to pickup. Def won't go back. If they didn't have time that would have been fine, felt like I got put off for laziness since they didn't mention anything time or supplies.

I am a returning customer. I was happy with the service that I received earlier in the year. A Triple A driver brought my car to this location because of great service. I was originally scheduled to have my car serviced with different company but he suggested this location. I agree with that driver and returned for a different car issue. The service technicians were honest about the repairs needed and handled other concerns that needed attention. I was also given a future complimentary oil change. So, I will be returning to this location again. Thanks guys for your hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction.

I used this location due to my car losing power while driving down the road. Mike advised me that they would look at my truck and call me once they find out the problem. Before leaving Mike told me that they go through a finance company that would finance me for the repairs if needed. So I went home applied and was approved for 3000. Mike called and told me he found the problem I told him ok I was approved for 3000 and once I said that he started calling back to back saying this needs to be done that needs to be done and keep in mind I have a 2015 . So basically Meineke scammed me fixed things that didn't need to be fixed to make sure they used all the credit I was financed for and oh the loss of power is still there they didn't fix my problem. My advice is to find someone trustworthy because these people are scammers.
