Free business tip: you need customers to stay in business. **01-03-19 UPDATE: STILL no reply from management. **11-18-18 UPDATE** I sent an email via the Contact Us on the LVPV website on 11-4, no reply as of 11-18. It is blatantly obvious that the owners of this business do not care about customers nor do they care about cultivating their business. I am happily taking my business elsewhere! ** 11-4-18 UPDATE *** DO NOT TRUST THE STORE HOURS POSTED ON THE WEBSITE OR THE SIGN ON THE DOOR. Several times over the past couple of months during the weekend, I've arrived at 2:30 - 2:45PM and the door was locked. Employees were in the store, but ignored me. Honestly, this is a lousy location for a coffee shop, so you should at least stick to your posted store hours.
