Seems ok and this is probably not their fault but the government. Why do I have to... -sign -give my finger print -give my license ...all for 6 worth of cans? Does the government need to know I'm trying to do my part and recycle my cans and how much I make off of them? Gas is going to be 6 a gallon soon what the hell am I going to do with 6?! Maybe they should fingerprint people who make more but 6? Ok so I turn them in 4 times a year. That's a whopping 24! I'm raking in every year. Whoohoo! Please tax me on 24. Is the government that hard up? Damn! So I just go there with my cans and give them to the homeless guy that's hustling cans to stay alive. Hey at least he's working for a living and trying.
