Oil change
I went in for a routine oil change, and Devin took excellent care of me at the front desk. I was delighted with the service received—no BS UPSELLING. I will return if I ever need something fixed on my car that I can't do myself because of the service he gave me alone.

I had an oil-change at Sun auto on Craig Rd everything went fine they even mentioned what great condition the car was in, \ Not a single drop of oil anywhere\ they told me until I returned a few weeks later for Spark plugs and Air filter replacement. After a couple hours waiting I received a call with an extensive list of repairs, which I politely declined, They then called back after 20 minutes to pick up the car. I took the car home and parked until the following afternoon and noticed oil leaking even though I was told 3 days prior that they were impressed by lack of leakage anywhere when I took it in for the oil change. They simply toss everything back together carelessly when I declined the repairs they suggested. This my friends is the price of loyalty these days.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop in Vegas !Sadly an 800 water pump job is now costing me over 6k to get a new engine. The manager lied on multiple occasions assuring me that my water pump was installed and they were currently putting it back together. They told me my water pump would be fixed the same day I brought it in and then after 3 days of the car sitting In the shop i finally went down there in person to find out that they didn't even order the water pump. I asked to have my car put back together so I can take it to another shop that will fix it. They put it back together surprisingly too fast and when I brought it to a new shop they told me that my piston rods have been damaged and the timing chain was not installed properly . . . This company should pack up all of their tools, close their doors, and take their horrible service back to Arizona!
I've used Sun Auto before for my rear brakes & had a great experience. This time was different... Devan at the front desk is exceptional at customer service. He deserves 5 stars. I went in for my front brakes knowing I would need new pads & rotors. They told me I also needed to replace my calibers...my vehicle only has 59k miles! They quoted me 885 after a discount. I asked for just the pads & rotors & was told they couldn't do them without the calibers. I picked up my vehicle & went somewhere else for half the price. And as suspected, the calibers did not need to be replaced.
