Terrible service. My dad had his truck towed to this location to have his time wasted. After being told his truck would be repaired within the next few hours to telling him they wouldn't know how long it would take. They told him it could take a few days. Do you guys not understand how this affects other businesses? If you're not able to assist a customer please tell them instead of wasting their time!! PLEASE do not come to this location. Save your time and money. This surely isn't the first review about the same issue.

There is limited parking for trucks I was there just pick up parts for my truck Great parts service help me with everything I need Welcoming and friendly service

Off to a bad start. Hours of Parts and Service listed as 6:30am, yet Service opens at 7am, and no technicians in yet at 7:15am, so they work even shorter hours? Unfortunately I have no choice but to be here. If I could, I would have gone to Bruckner or Vanguard. It seems these folks do not understand it is our income that is affected when they dilly dally, have short hours and make it hard for us to get our trucks fixed in a timely manner.
