Always smiling and greeting upon entering!!! Great job staff!!! The main complaint I would say is that you need more staff on the floor. Not only at this location but all locations. We came from Honolulu and it's the same with not enough staff on the floor.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Returned a screen protector that was obviously for another phone. After taking mine off. Was rudely told that all I can do is refund. Brought a new one to counter and told they won't open to make sure it's right. Now my 1000 phone if screwed because of them. No apologies. Just take your refund and leave. Loews will be getting my business after this. It may seem petty but I spend 3 or 4000 a year

The store is very clean and the staff is very helpful. I felt like family the moment I walked in the door. Jose was very helpful with helping me. I felt very safe.

Because of Covid Home Depot is having to limit the number of customers in their store. Because of this the Home Depot on Darrell end Street has locked all of their doors except for the entrance doors so if you need one piece of lumber you need to walk all the way to the other end of the building and then walk all the way to the lumber because Home Depot was too cheap to hire one extra person to sit at the other door. This is the only day Home Depot in the area That is doing this. It might seem like a lot of money to hire another person just to sit at the door but since Home Depot just lost my business forever it actually would’ve been pretty cheap for them
