It's a good resonable Realty. We lived in one of their properties for a year. It was a difficult year for us but, we managed to always pay on time online. They recently increased the rent so that was one of the reasons we moved. Second reason is that they didn't disclose there was a shooting in the home we were renting so we were afraid the people were gonna come back otherwise it's a good realty place.

This company are full of Shit. We moved out to Vegas from another state. Rented one of there homes. Which was beautiful, but completely out dated, maintenance was sub-burb and owner is slum lord. Are microwave broke which was build in and they bring us a regular microwave. So we had to deal with an big whole pretty much in our kitchen. The refrigerator ice maker broke and start leaking water. So they bring us a very small size refrigerator that all of our food couldn't even fit. And then they serve us with a 30 NTV to vacate property to tell us that the owner is selling the home and to come to find out there re-renting property. I WILL NOT recommend NOBODY to this company. Very SHADDY COMPANY.

For almost the last 4 years, I’ve been a tenant at one of the Xtreme Reality Properties since i’ve been here the customer service has been really rude. I consider myself to be a good tentant never late or have any complaints even though there have been major issues since i’ve rented. I opened an email today stating I did not pay my rent. I went in on the 31st not sure what happened but thought rent was paid. Did they take into consideration that I’ve never been late (NOPE). Rent went up almost 200 (SMH). Five stars can only be right if the bad reviews are being deleted. We’ll see if this one makes it to the reviews.
