Spains gave me a quote for the work needed on my car. The cost was very reasonable, so I had them proceed with the work. They finished ahead of time and my bill was exactly as they quoted. No upcharges. What I enjoyed the most, was that they took the time to chat with me. Not just about my car, but about other things in life. Old school service. I highly recommend Spains!!.
Took a motor home in that had a bad shake at speed and a squeal/squeak at slow speed. I was expecting bearings or front end work. They called a week before my appointment and asked if I wanted to come in that day. I took it in and got a call 4 hours later with a diagnosis... a flat dual tire! They had one delivered and installed the next morning. Took it back out and said all was good! I picked it up around 24 hours after I dropped it off and was told my vibration was from the flat, my squeak was from a hub cap and they noticed I had a burnt out reverse light so they replaced it free of charge! I told them “take my money!” Hands down the best Indy shop I have ever been to. So glad it’s just down the road too. I will be back for sure.
We have always had great service from Spain’s. They get to know customers personally and genuinely care. They are honest and give wise opinions about what should/shouldn’t be fixed. They think outside the box and have saved us thousands of dollars by trying a unique approach to fixing our vehicles. We highly recommend Spain’s!
Did a good job letting me know what was wrong with my van. But I'm still waiting for the brake down of all that is wrong with the van!!
Very friendly, on time, price was good, stayed with the quote given even after doing a few things not discussed, even offered to pick me up when car was done
