If I could leave zero stars I would. EMS was called to my house for my family member. The previous night they were taken to ER and treated for dehydration. A couple hours after being home my family member was not doing well at home. The crew from life fleet sat in the driveway for ten minutes before coming in the house. Did not take one vital sign, their “professional opinion” was that his fluids needed to catch up with him. 24 hours later he’s on a ventilator, needed massive amounts of blood transfused and needed emergency surgery due to a GI bleed, which had been actively bleeding the whole time.

Scary how a non weight bearing person with no mobility is strapped to a wheelchair that looked like it was run over by a truck. And then anchored to the floor of van as if they were cargo. Thankful that the van was able to make it from point a to point b without breaking down. Driver was kind but equipment was sub par. Driver had to make many alterations to load patient without harming.

Sitting here with my mother waiting for LifeFleet to pick her up. Pickup was for 5:00PM. It is now 8:55PM. Called and spoke to Josie. She said and I quote \there is only so much I can do\. Wow. Great way to run a business! Please do not use this co.pany.

Very rude and unprofessional dispatch.

A friend needed help and was denied help because they thought she had stomach flu. She got a ride from a family member. Her blood pressure was sky high because she had infection. Not stomach flu. She should have had her vitals checked. Just saying. Poor service.
