Needed a non specialized tractor pin, and as I was driving past called in and bought one. 12.00 pin off the shelf and in stock (30% more than other places I found out later) and then they charged me 2.50 freight. I did not notice it at the time, but when I then queried the charge they said 'standard mate.....' No big deal but just being charged this gets up your nose. Should have known better as I tried to buy a Mahindra tractor off them and they never followed through
