Exceptionally rude female receptionist. Don’t visit dr.Hawkyard; he was dismissive of any of my medical concerns, basically shutting me down and brushing them aside. He has a no care- attitude and a “hurry up” approach, terrible.

I have recently moved my care to this practice and I am so glad I did! My gp is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. They don’t bulk bill but I am more than happy to pay for the thorough, empathetic care provided. Thank you!

Thank you to all the lovely staff today at this practice from the receptionists to the dr and the nurse who fixed my issue. Couldn’t get into my usual dr until Monday so they fit me in today to have my ear flushed and I feel so much relief! Highly recommend this helpful caring practice.

Do not go and see Dr Anju Hanchate if you have any mental health issues.

I have tried twice to get travel vaccinations. The first attempt I rang the day before my appointment to confirm date and time, was told there was no record of an appointment and told to reschedule I did for the next day. I repeated the time and date with the receptionist entered it in my phone. We arrived at the practice was told there was no appointment AGAIN. The receptionist went to check with the nurse then the doctor came back and told me the doctor said to reschedule. Not bloody likely, if they can screw up two appointments why would I trust their ability to not screw up the vaccinations.

Waiting times are excessive, many receptionists are overworked and surly, and those GPs still accepting new patients aren't as competent or compassionate as they should be. One GP convinced a relative that removing an ingrown toenail was a simple procedure then proceeded to forget crucial steps, botching the surgery, and creating longterm pain and a mangled toenail.
