If I could give negative stars, I would. This practice has 3 providers. 2 are out during the same week and they make no arrangements to have their patients taken care of? Really? To even suggest that a sick patient schedule an appointment 8 days away is medically irresponsible and bad business. Go somewhere else where they actually care about their patients! We will be.

I've been a patient at this Medical Facility on and off for 5 years or so due to health insurance changes. Finally I'm back for good. I love this facility the providers Dr. W. K. Brubaker MD, Dr. Phuc Pham MD and Kim Vu PAC are very compassionate. Their expertise are excellent very knowledgeable. My health problems are well taking care of with my satisfaction. Patient comes first. The facility is access to any testing needed that's what I like the most. The facility is very clean. All their staff are very friendly excellent customer service. I recommend North Phoenix Internal Medicine to all my family and friends...
