Salesman was excellent Service staff we meet with before delivery of camper was also excellent. After delivery June 16th we had 23 issues that needed to be taken care of. With many emails between Northpoint and Skyline the issues still were not all resolved. We had three techs come out to work with these issues. Main two were door did not lock properly and furnace not working. August 17th door and all issues except furnace were fixed. A week later one of the campers a retired Northpoint came up and fixed the issue. We are happy with the camper.
