We purchased a 2003 Windemere pre- owned home because of all the high end qualities of the home. After living there for 4 years we decided we wanted to be on a green belt with a little more yard space. Aftter purchasing our lots, we went to Windemere where we met Maureen she was very helpful. We decided to have Windemere build our new home so we selected all our finishes and the process moved along quickly it was only 90 days from the clearing of the lot to the closing on our home, when we did our walk through before closing it was jaw dropping. The builder went above exceeding all our expectations. Mike, Mark, & Haley did an excellent job from start to finish! We could not be happier!

I haven’t build my house with Windermere yet, but my experience with them, so far, was excellent. I have met Hayley and she was very professional, and helpful. Later she answered my email the same day and forwarded my emails to Maureen. I have been emailing with Maureen since and she is wonderful.
