For those who prefer Cookie Cutters Homes then I suggest not to visit their Model Homes. And for those who want more for their hard working money then seeing them is a must! First of all, they have a good reputation for working with the home buyers to make sure everything is done to their expectations and beyond. Please read the reviews on them. Second of all, they , mean builder would give you many quality stuff as a Standard option compare to other builders that would charge you for it. And I mean nice stuff such as flooring, kitchen cabinet, lighting,fans in each room,tubs in laundry room and so on.... Thirdly, their workmanship is above others. I do make a suggestions that visit others first and then see them last. This way you may appreciate that last which should have been first.

We are so pleased and excited to move into our Zwiercan Home. We looked all over at builders in Port Charlotte, North Port, and Punta Gorda. Zwiercan was our last visit and turned out to be the best builder in the area. You get a wonderful, luxurious home at an affordable price. Living out of state we were kept in the loop as the building progressed along. Once a month we would fly down and see the progress. We were so impressed by the builder ship, professionalism, and follow through with every step. Jarek was always available to speak with you. He was more than happy to address whatever changes you decided on the way. We can’t imagine building with any other builder in the area. Casa pools built us a beautiful pool oasis that we look forward to enjoying every day. They have been awesome as well. Busy Bee Cabinets Customerservice and follow thru has been great. We watched the exterior walls go up and saw the pride they had doing their work. We admired their dedication in those hot summer months. Before we committed to having Zwiercan Homes build our home, I did a lot of research on North Port builders. Our findings were that Zwiercan homes delivers the quality home we were looking for at an affordable price. Therefore in July of 2020 we started our journey with them to building the home of our dreams. From day one our experience was absolutely magnificent. Melanie was our hero from the beginning and through selection process, assuring Jerek and his team received all of our customization requests(and they were not a just a few). Yoan is the Zwiercan Homes realtor who worked with us nonstop through all of these moths to update us on timeline, assure our home was finished on time even with all COVID-19 obstacles that we all faced this past year. I am so glad that we chose Zwiercan Homes to be the builder to take us on this house building journey for our very first home!!! My family and I are truly thankful to the whole team and we could not recommend them more!!! Needless to say that a month after we moved in our new home, Yoan and Melanie still check on us assuring our home is what we expected, every little detail has been taken care of and my family’s expectations have been met. Zwiercan Homes truly builds luxury homes at an affordable price!
Helpful staff. Wide range of selection - cabinets, counter tops and floors. High end quality of materials. The floor plan and models are the best. You defenetly can find the floor plan that fits your life style. Highly recommend this builder!
