I have rented from the Gemma family for many years. The apartments when moving in are immaculate, freshly painted and the appliances are in good condition. If I need to reach the office there is always someone who answers. They tend to your needs asap and rectify the situation if you have one in a timely manner. I have enjoyed doing business with Gem.

I have been a tenant in Gem property for almost five years, three years in the Cranston and two years in North Providence. I have always been satisfied with the quality of the apartments and the service. The employees are very kind and they are always there to satisfy my needs.
