Wow! What a great experience. Justin Stanfield was our point person from beginning to end. He did a great job of inspecting our roof, working directly with our insurance company, leading his roofing team, and getting everything done in an efficient manner. We had a lot of questions along the way and Justin knew his stuff and walked us through the process.

NEIGHBORS BEWARE! DFW Best Roofing was contracted to do work on our neighbor’s house in Buffalo, NY. Because of how close the houses are situated, the contractors and I came to an agreement of how the work will be done in order to avoid damage to our property. The roofers disregarded our agreed upon plan, causing damage to the outside of our house while also damaging both of our furnaces due to clogging our air intake with dust and debris. We discovered after the fact that they were conducting their work on our property without our permission, which caused damage to our fence and security camera. Omar and Justin initially agreed to pay for the damages incurred, however, we have been stonewalled since January and they have ceased contact with us. All of Omar and Justin’s workers for this job worked under the table and this work was completed without Buffalo permits. Following the roofing work, Omar and Justin hired a team to install gutters. Below is a picture of the quality of work they did 3 days after completion.
We hired DFW Roofing to replace a section of roof that was damaged. They did a fantastic job on the roof. We agreed to a price on Wed Thursday Justin called and Friday the roof was being done. I will be calling them again to finish the rest of the house. Very Happy with Justin and his friendliness over the phone, He worked with us and got the job done. I recommend DFW Roofing if you need anything done.
I dealt with Justin and he was great to work with. Very prompt, thorough, and answered all of my questions. Even went back to the house and looked in the attic to help answer my questions.
