I really enjoyed the complex itself I am in month 10 of my 11 month lease. The property management however is ill mannered, discourteous and all around unpleasant to engage with while living there. I would’ve given the property 4 stars otherwise they’re great getting you in but being helpful is not one of their qualities. Throughout the pandemic I had maintained my lease never an issue until I had a baby in July I asked for assistance one time work with me on my payment waive a late fee anything that would help me to stay on my feet. They advised their property lost “millions of dollars working with people in the beginning of the pandemic.” Proceded to tell me there was nothing they could do and they would have an eviction notice on my door per company policy. We all have jobs to do my frustrations were due to their horrible communication skills. It wasn’t what they were saying BUT how they say it. Multiple occasions for example when I needed to put in my notice or call for questions they were just as distasteful and careless with their phone manners.I will be moving out because of this reason. I loved the apartment itself. Maintenance was awesome always timely, quick helpful and relatable! I wish them some training on customer service or communication. Ida the manager and Roxanne the assistant manager belonged in that movie mean girls and should’ve looked for jobs in acting. To be blunt I couldn’t stand them. Loretta was very literally always a pleasure to work with and speak to.

I enjoy living out here in the Meadows I’m sure we all are having a terrible time without water (those who do not have running water including me). I appreciate the updates on keeping residents posted just be glad when they make it to my building to repair my pipes and other tenants affected. I have to be even more careful now working in the healthcare field and not having running water hopefully it will not be long.

We’ve had a few issues with our apartment since moving in which is the only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars. Loretta, I believe she’s the leasing agent, has honestly been the kindest and sweetest person since we moved in. She’s really good at listening to your issues and never at all seems bothered by your call. She truly makes dealing with the office easy and she’s such a gem, the company is lucky to have an employee like her around. Our pipes burst during the storm and now we don’t have water, I called Loretta and as exhausting and overwhelming this situation has to be on the staff, she is so apologetic and reassures me that they are doing everything they can to solve the problem as soon as possible and gave me an update on repairs. I know it can’t be easy dealing with these water issues and a ton of tenants probably calling off the hook with the million dollar question “when will it be fixed” but Loretta doesn’t let the crazy call volume change the way she treats you over the phone and she ended our call with “please keep calling for anything you need, and if I can’t answer, keep calling or I can call you back, you’re not a bother!” I also want to acknowledge the maintenance staff, they really try to stay on top of things, and with the work orders I’ve placed, they always called me after the fact to see if things are okay and if they need to come back. Thank you guys so much for what you do.

One lady in the office was polite and nice to speak and was explained in depth our credit situation, low scores but no evictions/foreclosures was made to feel like it would be fine but when we went to apply we were denied. I feel like they only wanted to take the 200 application and admin fees from us. Its a shame to make that much money off of people who are apartment hunting.

Me, my husband, and our toddler have only lived here for about a month and a half, but we really like it so far. It’s very quiet and we feel safe in the gated community. It feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. Our only complaints are the parking, the dog park, and lack of a playground. You get a garage and a little driveway with your apartment then *some* buildings have a row of parking in front of them that is constantly full. A lot of people use their garage for storage (we are temporarily until we finish unpacking boxes that are in there), but I feel like they should have built enough spots for each apartment to have two plus a guest spot. There’s no way to fix it, so we just have to deal with it. The dog park is always muddy and doesn’t seem like it gets maintenance. There’s also a gap under the gate where my small (8lb) dog can escape easily. We wish there was a playground but we knew that there wasn’t before we signed. Someone told me they tore it down to put up the sand volleyball court, but with the amount of kids here I think the playground would have been used more. Other than that, we love it here. A lot of grass and trees, and a walking path through the complex. It’s pretty easy to give directions to people and I feel like they can’t get lost as easy as other complexes. We were looking for a safe, nice, apartment that feels like home in a convenient location, and that’s what we got. The office is nice, the maintenance is nice and timely, and it’s in a great location.
